Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Terms & Conditions: Acceptance of Terms By using any service provided by TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services: TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to: International shipping from USA to Jamaica Air freight and sea freight services Assisted online shopping and payment services Warehousing and package handling Pickup and delivery within Montego Bay Island-wide delivery facilitated through Knutsford Express Delivery via third-party courier services where applicable TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule: TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD ships approximately three (3) times per week. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas: TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD provides: Pickup and delivery services within Montego Bay, Island-wide delivery via Knutsford Express. All deliveries outside Montego Bay are facilitated through Knutsford Express, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Pricing: All prices, rates, and fees are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for confirming current pricing before payment or shipment processing.

6. Responsibility, Risk & Liability: All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk. TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD assumes limited liability while packages are in its possession. Responsibility begins when the package reaches our designated warehouse and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, Knutsford Express, or any third-party carrier. TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD is not responsible for: Vendor or supplier errors, Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers, Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our warehouse, delays, losses, or damages caused by customs, airlines, shipping lines, or third-party couriers

7. Packaging & Fragile Items: TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers. Fragile items, including (but not limited to) electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, and breakable goods, are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items: Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with Jamaican and international laws. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Illegal drugs or controlled substances, firearms, ammunition, or weapons, explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials Counterfeit or replica goods Pornographic or obscene materials Perishable foods Live animals Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments. Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

9. Customs, Duties & Fees: Customers are fully responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government fees. TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD assumes no responsibility for delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.

10. Assisted Online Shopping Services: For customers using assisted online shopping services, full payment must be made in advance. Customers must confirm item details before purchase. All payments are non-refundable once the customer approves and payment is made TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues. Any refunds, returns, or disputes remain strictly between the customer and the vendor. No refunds will be issued for shopping assistance fees or shipping costs once processing has begun.

11. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Zelle, Bank transfer, and Online payment. All payments must be settled in full before processing. Payments are non-refundable once shipment or service processing begins.

12. Claims & Complaints: All claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of notification or receipt. Supporting documentation, such as invoices and photographs, may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages: Packages not collected within 5 days of notification may incur storage fees. Packages uncollected after 30 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

14. Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested prior to service processing. Cancellation fees may apply. TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

15. Amendments: TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

16. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and TDAM SHIP STYLE & BEYOND CO. LTD.
